We currently ship officially within the following countries: United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Europe (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland).
We ship via Evri (UK) or FedEx (International) and offer FREE express shipping for orders over £100 UK-wide and orders over £200 internationally (excluding books). Shipping and handling costs will be calculated when the order is placed and will be added to your invoice.

Shipping costs for books are upon request. Our team will be in touch shortly with a shipping quote once a book order has been placed.
If you are looking to purchase from any other country outside of these regions, please email us at info@jouissanceparfums.com. Our team may be able to make an exception and ship individually. We are working on expanding our shipping destinations in the near future.
As we are a UK-registered company, VAT will not be automatically added to international orders. Please note that if you are having a parcel shipped outside the UK, the shipping carrier may request duties upon delivery in accordance with your country's regulations.

We always aim to ensure that you love your products. Products may be eligible for exchange if faulty but due to the nature of hygiene, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please note that we DO NOT offer returns or exchanges on fragrances once the cellowrap has been opened.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS — If you would like to make any changes to your order, please contact info@jouissanceparfums.com with your order number within 24 hours. We will do our best to adjust your order. We cannot make any changes or cancellations to your order once processed.
LOST OR DAMAGED — We will try our best to ensure your order reaches you! Please pay extra care when entering your address, ensure all information is correct as we are unable to refund or replace an order due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages. However, please contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to help you locate your package. If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us at info@jouissanceparfums.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 3 days of receiving for further assistance.
